Group and Private Lessons

All students of Red Oak Music receive a, binder and books throughout the year. Instructors will always be mindful of progress and materials may need to change from time to time. By charging an annual registration fee, we cover the costs of purchasing music, printing copies, purchasing refreshments at performances, and keeping students with access to up to date and innovative technology.

 

Private Lessons

 

• one 30 or 45 minute lesson each week
• 60 minute private lessons available by request
• ideal for late beginner/early intermediate students
• individualized instruction as well as group playing/performing
• features technical skills development
• preparation for assessments, competitions, state and local festivals
• unlimited Piano Maestro access for all students
• all standard curriculum materials included (including individual sheet music purchases)
• at least 2 recitals each academic year (we often have over 4 performances per year!)

Annual registration fee for private lessons is $75 and covers all materials and performances for the year.

Group Classes

• one 60 minute class each week
• up to 4 students per class
• ideal for beginners and intermediate students who do not want to perform solo
• share lesson time with peers
• assists students with leadership and teamwork skills
• fun, integrative learning environment
• pressure-free, work at your own pace
• ensemble performance techniques
• performance and stage presence
• unlimited Piano Maestro, Tonara for Practice, and other high value app access
• all standard curriculum materials (including individual sheet music purchases)
• additional classes and programs throughout year
• at least 2 performances each academic year (often much more than this!)

Annual registration fee is $50 and covers all materials and performances for the year.
